Sometimes the simple approach to a session really works, and this was no exception. It’s amazing how one little boy can brighten up a whole paddock and all the people in it as well. Playing in the sunshine is a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon and this pink and purple family certainly had a nice time doing just that. Isn’t it amazing when you can just see the magical connection siblings have? They are each others first best friend. I know I have mentioned this before but it gets me every time… oxox
When billie’s mum and dad started to call their beautiful little angel ‘Billie-Goat’, our hearts just melted. Their property between Wagga and Mangoplah is amazing, with a winding running creek and lush meadows dividing paddocks of wheat and canola. This photography life is just so exciting for Megan and myself. We are so very lucky to spend time with all these wonderful people, always aglow with true joy as they celebrate their children in the afternoon sun. Thank you so much for hosting us in your little part of the world and for introducing us to your precious little ‘Billie Goat’… xoxo
I remember when our first little girl came along too. I think when that happens, the whole world fades away for about six months and you can’t help but think about those little eyes looking back at you all day long. Let’s not forget it’s not always rainbows and butterflies, (thanks Adam Lavigne) there’s definitely screaming and crying too but there’s no denying that something really changes in you for the better when the gift of life touches our world. I know this is just so true for me. This family reminded me of these moments and how their absolute focus right now and forever is their sweet little girl and eachother. She is most definitely in good hands with these wonderful people who spent the afternoon sharing their time with me. I was blessed this day by devine light and beautiful moments. I love spending my time out in the open, breathing the fresh air capturing love, life, and light…
